Immediate improvement needed on communication!!! Also, the elevator being out of order was quite inconvenient, coupled with poorly maintained stairwells that felt unsafe and unwelcoming!!!

the river bluff inn was a great value for the price, especially with the outdoor pool. the location isn’t too far from attractions, and the staff was outstanding! they were all super friendly and helpful, which made our stay really enjoyable. if you need a shuttle, mike is the best driver! he treated us like VIPs.

We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hitting the nearby sports center. Just a heads up, the shuttle is really helpful for getting around, but it's a bit far from attractions. Expect a straightforward stay if you're just passing through.

The elevator was out during our visit, so getting to our room on the fifth floor was a workout. A little inconvenient for sure!

The room was pretty dated and could definitely use some TLC. We found the linen dirty and had to ask for fresh sheets. The bed was comfy though, and the hot tub was nice, but a little cramped for two. Also, the outside of the hotel looked run down, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, it was just okay for a night. There were some weird smells and I stuffed towels under the door to keep the draft out. Just felt kind of sketchy.
